Lottery Regulations

1. Eligibility:
Open to all individuals who are 18 years of age or older.
Participants must agree to these rules and regulations.

2. Entry:
To enter, participants must fill out a form and follow our LinkedIn page (Teradek medical).
Each participant is limited to 1 entries.

3. Prize:
The prize will be Tablet.
The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable.

4. Drawing:
The drawing will be held on November 11 at 10am to November 14 at 6pm.
The drawing will be conducted by Teradek Medical.
The winner will be selected at random.

5. Winner Notification:
The winner will be notified by email.
The winner may be required to provide proof of identity and age.

6. Taxes:
The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes.
